dc.description.abstractJust after midnight on the 30th of September 2017, the Australian Border Force vessel Roebuck Bay ran aground on Henry Reef (12-053), located in the Far Northern Management Sector of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. The vessel was salvaged by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority contracted Emergency Towage Vessel Coral Knight during the early evening of the same day. No significant volumes of fuel or chemicals spilt from the vessel during the incident.en
