Abstract: The Reef Guardian Council stewardship program unites 17 councils working together to preserve the health and resilience of the Great Barrier Reef — for today and tomorrow. The councils and their communities are taking positive environmental action to safeguard the Reef. Each year, the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority reviews each council’s activities and produces this report to celebrate their achievements.
