Abstract
These electronic logbooks can be used to manage environmental management charge (EMC) obligations for the calendar year. There is a logbook to suit different programs/ vessel types: aircraft programs, bareboat programs and vessel programs. These can also be accessed via the EMC system at: https://secure.gbrmpa.gov.au/EMC/
