Internal Guideline - Section 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 of the Zoning Plan

Abstract

The purpose of this guideline is to provide transparent and consistent guidance on the use or entry of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park (Marine Park) for the purposes described under sections 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3 of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Zoning Plan 2003 (Zoning Plan). Also refer to: Section 5.4 of the Zoning Plan (Document no.100496) for guidance on how to apply section 5.4 of the Zoning Plan.
