Abstract

John Brewer Reef lies east of the Palm Island Group, approximately 70km offshore, north-northeast from Townsville and has important cultural connections to the Manbarra Peoples of Palm Island. This site plan has been developed by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (the Authority) under section 7(4) of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975.
