Abstract: | The purpose of this document is to establish procedures under subsection 15(3) of the Public Service Act 1999 (‘the PS Act’) for determining: 1.1. whether an Australian Public Service (‘APS’) employee, or a former employee, of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (‘the Authority’) has breached the APS Code of Conduct set out in section 13 of the PS Act (‘the Code’); and 1.2. the sanction (if any) to be imposed on an APS employee of the Authority who is found to have breached the Code (including by engaging in conduct referred to in subsection (2A)). |
