Abstract: [Extract] The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to establish a collaborative effort between Queensland Ports and the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA) to strategically improve coordination associated with port activity within or adjacent to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park (Marine Park). The Memorandum of Understanding is not binding on either party but is provided as a statement of intent and as a vehicle for cooperation.
