Abstract

The Reef Joint Field Management Program Business Strategy: • meets the Great Barrier Reef Intergovernmental Agreement 2015 requirement to have a five-year Field Management Business Strategy for the Reef Joint Field Management Program (Program) • outlines the priorities and outcomes for the Program • informs the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (Reef Authority), Queensland Department of Environment, Science and Innovation (DESI) and Queensland Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) staff of the Program’s strategic directions for field management within the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area • forms a source of information for more targeted communication products that promote the work of the Program to a wider audience
