Information Publication Scheme: Agency Plan (Document no. 100095)

Abstract

The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority's IPS Agency Plan describes how the Authority proposes to comply with the Information Publication Scheme requirements as per section 8(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). This Plan establishes appropriate procedures for the proactive disclosure of Authority information and holdings in accordance with the objectives of the FOI Act and provides guidance to Authority workers on what information holdings can be made public and made available through the scheme.
