Abstract

[Extract] This policy describes how the Authority will implement its commitment to providing all our workers a workplace that is free from harm and promotes a culture where safety is an absolute priority. The policy establishes: a framework that supports the ongoing identification, reporting and innovative minimisation of risks to health and safety; clear responsibilities and accountability; a culture of safety first; practices to safeguard the health and welfare of all Authority workers in compliance with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
