This Agreement is made under section 172 of the Fair Work Act 2009 and applies to employees of GBRMPA who are employed under the provisions of the Public Service Act 1999 and includes the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (Subsection 24(I) - Non-SES Employees) Determination 2021/1.
