dc.description.abstract | The thirty-first meeting of the TRRAC was held in Townsville on 22 and 23 April 2010. This was the first meeting of the fourth TRRAC and the Committee was pleased to welcome some new members. The Chairman paid respect to the Wulgurukaba and Bindal Traditional Owners and acknowledged their traditional land and sea country in the Townsville region.
